What is the course duration?
The course duration is of 3 months. It includes daily practice sessions, weekly live sessions and monthly assessments.

Do I get a yoga alliance certification
After the course completion, you will be honoured with a Indea Yoga certificate (IYT 250) & also Yoga alliance certificate (RYT 200).

Mode of examination
The exams will be majorly conducted via zoom sessions. However there are timely quiz and assignments that has to be submitted online.

Are all sessions taken by Bharath Shetty?
All the videos explaining the asanas is taught by Bharath sir. The live personal and group discussions is handled by the in charge senior Indea Yoga teacher. However, a discussion session with Bharath sir will be held at the end of the course.

What is the eligibility for the course
The students must have known and have practiced Indea Yoga sequences as listed below : Beginners series - 100% Preparatory series - 65% Foundation series - 50% *For your reference, the LED practice videos are available on Indea Yoga YouTube channel.

Are all live sessions mandatory?
The student has to attend at least 85% of all the live sessions combined in every module.
